30 Day "No Questions" Returns Policy
If you purchase an item from Tactical Force and are less than 100% satisfied for whatever reason you may return your purchase to us, so long as the item is unused and the packaging is unopened. To make a return you simply email our customer service team on [email protected] and they will help you organise your return. Once we receive the items a credit will be applied to your account.
Conditions:
- Product must be returned in original packaging and complete with all contents in a new condition.- Products will be inspected so please ensure that you take adequate measures to return items as new.
- Prior to returning any item you must contact us and obtain a return authorisation.
- Return shipping cost is at the expense of the customer.
- Our 30 day return policy starts from the invoice date of your order.
Faulty Goods
If you think there is a fault with an item that you received, please contact us immediately. In most cases we will offer e replacement, repair or refund depending on the age, condition of the item. (Also see Product Warranties below).
Goods lost or damaged in transit
We take significant steps to ensure your goods arrive on time and in good condition. All of our postage is either by Australia Post or Fastway. With Australia Poste we primarily use Express Post Satchels and for items requested to be shipped by courier we use Fastway.
Both of these delivery methods have some level of tracking your delivery. If you are especially concerned and would like to insure your purchase please contact customer service on [email protected] We do not take responsibility for uninsured items, however we will provide with Tracking Numbers etc that may help locate the item(s).
Product Warranties
Typically product warranties held with the manufacturers are for a minimum of 12 months. If you need to have an item repaired, whilst it is under the warranty period, Tactical Force will cover the shipping charges involved to and from the manufacturer. However, the cost in returning the item to Tactical Force will be at your expense.
